How medspa staff and patients opt in to receive SMS notifications through the Eudela platform

Before opting in, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to both.

For Medspa Staff

When a medspa operator adds a staff member to the Eudela platform, the staff member receives an email invitation. During account activation, the following consent screen is displayed before the account can be activated:

By activating your account, you agree to receive operational SMS notifications from your clinic via Eudela, including order updates, inventory alerts, and BUD expiration reminders.

Opting in to SMS is not a condition of account access.

Activate Account

The consent checkbox is unchecked by default. Staff must actively check it to proceed. It cannot be pre-checked.

For Patients

During clinic intake, the medspa presents patients with a written or digital consent form. The following opt-in language is included on that form:

I agree to receive SMS notifications from [Clinic Name] regarding my peptide therapy program, including refill reminders, order updates, and appointment notifications.

Opting in to text messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving care or any clinic service.

The medspa operator records patient consent in the Eudela platform by enabling a per-patient opt-in toggle. This toggle is off by default and must be manually enabled after collecting signed patient consent. No SMS is sent to any patient without this toggle being enabled.

Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for help.
